The Fondazione Isabella e Walter Madoi assisted the public and private institutions involved in the project for the restoration of Madoi’s painting in Sesta (Committee Sesta-Madoi, Parco dei 100 Laghi, Comune di Corniglio, Comunita’ Montana and Provincia di Parma) in the preparation of this one-day event, on the memories of the open-air exhibitions set up by Madoi in the 60s and 70s. Some 30 paintings coming from the private collections of FIWM and the family have been exposed from dawn to sunset along the small paths of the village, as in a very special gallery. The event had the patronage of MIBAC, Department of the Environment responsible of monuments and artistic treasures.
