50 years of love, surge of happiness and deepest desperation, covering an era of turmoil and drastic changes in the European history, lived by the Artist in every transition. Born in 1925 in Northern Italy, his late teens spent on the mountains facing the horrors of a war, fighting for his ideals and for his life, he was a very young man when he joined the frantic athmosphere in which everything seemed possible in the years immediately following. He felt he had no alternative than carving his future in his art, for the worst or for the best, devouring his time as he knew, since then, that he only had 50 years to live and to love, in a word: to paint.
