In 2002, after more than 20 years of silence since the death of Madoi (March 1976), the family opened their archives and the almost forgotten art collection left by the artist, selecting 53 art works to donate to the Town Council of Parma on the memories of the times spent by Madoi in this town where he lived intense moments of his creativity. This collection of paintings, drawings and sketches, meant for a permanent exposition in the civic museums in Parma, was the subject of this event, set up in this unusual Gallery, a former Church dated back 1816 built aside a Benedectine Monastery of X siecle.
